Monitored Systems
Professional monitoring of CCTV out of hours is highly effective, and can save at least £35,000 per annum, compared with the cost of having a guard on your site overnight.
The system uses CCTV cameras, either static or movable, linked with some form of electronic alarming method - usually infra red beams or movement sensors.
The cameras and alarms are linked to a digital video transmitter and, when the alarm is set, any intrusion into the protected area will alert the monitoring station.
The remote operators can view the cameras on site, in live or recorded view and, depending on what they see, take a number of actions:
Log as a false alarm, (for a fox for instance). Verify as innocent, (e.g.browsers on an open car sales forecourt). Broadcast a warning via on-site loud speakers. Call your local keyholders. Call the police, with a visually-verified incident, which will receive the fastest level of police response.
We can arrange monitoring with a number of local and national monitoring centres.
