Integrated Security

At one time each security system in or around a building, such as the intruder alarm, CCTV system, door access control, vehicle barriers etc. would operate independently. Now with the recent advances in systems integration it is possible to achieve a number of additional benefits from your security systems, such as:

Linking door access control to CCTV cameras, so you can have a visual record as well as a log entry of a swipe card or proximity token being used. Camera recordings can be synchronised with door activations or “access denied” events to facilitate post-event searching.

Linking door access control to an intruder alarm system so that, for example, only employees with alarm set/unset rights are permitted access to the building when the premises are alarmed. Helps prevent false alarms through user error and thus reduces the risk of police response being withdrawn from your alarm system.

Having a single interactive graphical user interface on your PC with alarm sensors, controlled doors, CCTV cameras etc all appearing on the one screen view. Security staff are likely to prove much more vigilant and effective if they just have one master screen to view containing all the key security information relating to the site.

We will be happy to explain the possibilities of system integration to you as part of our free security survey.
